It is good that in Kazan there is a hotel of a high class "Mirage" but while three-stars hotels of tourist class do not appear in the city in sufficient number, loading of the city will be mainly of cruise and businesslike character. He also emphasized, that since the repayment time for hotels is much more, than, for example, office, trading spaces and, plus habitation, and land in Kazan is very expensive this problem can be solved only by political will. It would be desirable to hope, that, having done a huge work, the leadership of republic will go towards business by way of granting favourable conditions for investment and development of hotel facilities. Otherwise without hotels both Kazan and Tatarstan - as without hands.
