Today, the XXII session of Constant Council of the International organization on development of Turkic culture and art opened at the exhibition center "Kazan fair". Constant Council represents the cabinet consisting of ministers of culture of Turkic states in CIS territory and far abroad.
From May 28 the members of Council with delegation started to arrive in Kazan. General director of TURKSOI , minister of culture of Azerbaijan Republic Polad Byul-Byul Ogly arrived in Tatarstan capital yesterday, on May 29.
Head of Turksoi arrived in Kazan in the morning by flight "Baku - Kazan -Urengoy". The same day, Polad Byu -Byul Ogly visited the RT State museum of fine arts where he examined the exhibition "Masterpieces of Tretyakovsky gallery" and familiarized with the course of preparation for exhibitions within the framework of special projects TYRKSOI "Fetkhiye - 2004" and "Five days in Cappadocia which l opens today at midday.
