May 31 at the session of working group of the XXII session of Permanent ministerial council of culture Turkic language countries TYURKSOI the issues of creating International center on protection of cultural heritage of Turkic peoples, opening of WEB-portal of TYURKSOI , international projects Days of opera TYURKSOI and Ak Shaman, Kara Shaman were discussed.

By results of the meeting the premium to the best artist of VII International creative laboratory Turkic language countries has been solved to award the artist from Khakassia Alexander Kotozhekov.

The premium in amount of 1000 dollars will be handed the winner at the following session of Permanent council TYURKSOI. The place of holding was determined today. XXIII session of Permanent council TYURKSOI will pass in Turkish megacity Istanbul, presumably in autumn or in winter.
