Igor Levitin: To build nine kilometers of Metro for two years is possible only in Kazan and in Moscow

Today RF Minister of transport Igor Levitin made trial trip by the Kazan Metro . He was accompanied by RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov and mayor of Kazan Kamil Iskhakov. General time of the trip took about 10 minutes approximately twice less, than by ground transport.

After the trip along Kazan Underground Igor Levitin informed journalists, that all infrastructure which should be, has been made top-level. He especially noted a high level of train safety while such ones, unfortunately, are not present .in Russia. Most important, as he said, that the Metro has been constructed in maximum short terms. If to present, that in Russia today it is possible to construct 9 kilometers of the underground for two years it only is possible in Kazan and in Moscow,-minister noted.
