The meetings of the Organizing Committee must be held at least once a month. The priority tasks of the organizing Committee imply control of All-Round program execution and construction and reconstruction of projects, included in the Federal purpose-oriented program “Living Standard Improving of the Kazan Citizens”. The meetings of the operation staff must be held at least once a week. The main tasks of the operation staff imply the efficient work on the celebration arrangements of the 1000th jubilee of the Kazan city, providing information about the work being done, the support of the citizens and labour collectives’ initiatives, and working out the questions to be discussed at the meetings of the Organizing Committee on the Celebration Arrangements of the 1000th Jubilee of Kazan. |
