At session of UNESCO experts on convention of the World Heritage, Russia will be represented for the first time by the resident of Tatarstan

Special session of experts of the UNESCO World Heritage committee will take place this week in Kazan.

Еxperts are expected from all 6 continents. For the first time in history of this organization the Russian region at the session will be represented by the resident of Tatarstan Chulpan Khabibullina - the deputy director of the RT House of friendship of peoples . In Kazan experts of committee are going to develop a single criterion on inscribing architectural - historical monuments in the UNESCO World Heritage List. The final resolution on this account will be accepted in Durban (Southern Africa). In Tatarstan the experts will get familiarized with Bulgar reserve which claims for inclusion in the World heritage of UNESCO. Island "Sviyazhsk " also contends for inclusion in this list.
