Kazan Helicopter "Aktai" to be Demonstrated at Moscow Air-show

Seventh time from August 16 to August 21 the Air-show "MAX-2005" will be held in Zhukovsky settlement situated near Moscow. By number of participants it concedes only to an air show in Le Bourge (France). It is supposed, that flags of 42 countries - participants will be hoisted at the exposition. More than 130 foreign companies have confirmed their participation All in all more than 500 companies from Russia, the countries of CIS, near and far abroad are going to present their output.

The largest enterprises of aviation branch of Tatarstan - KAPO, JSC "Kazan Helicopters", KMPO ( Kazan engine-building production association) will take part in the exhibition. "Kazan Helicopters" will show new helicopter "Aktai" intended for use in sphere of commercial airservices and performance of special tasks.

"Gorbunov KAPO Works" will present a breadboard model Tu - 334 middle range, turbojet liner launching of batch production is planned on the end of 2005 - the beginning of 2006. Tu - 334 is designed for transportation of 102 passengers. The plane develops cruiser speed 820 km/h and has range of flight 3 thousand 150 kilometers. Cost of this plane varies in limits from 16,5 up to 18 million dollars depending on updating.
