The Order of the President of Russian Federation dated 1.09.1999 Nî 1141 "The celebration of the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City" | Taking into consideration the historical and cultural value of Kazan as the biggest political, scientific, industrial and cultural center of Russia, which made a great contribution to the world civilization heritage and on the occasion of the 1000th anniversary of the city in 2005, the RF President resolved to accept the proposal of State Bodies of Tatarstan to celebrate the 1000th jubilee of Kazan by his order “The Celebration of the 1000th Jubilee of the Kazan City”. The RF President enacted to form the State Commission on the arrangement measures for the 1000th Jubilee of Kazan, to define the projects to be built and reconstructed as well as the sources of financing. It has been recommended to the Executive Power Bodies of the subjects of Russian Federation to take part in the arrangements for celebration of the 1000th jubilee of Kazan. |
